Soloro wants to ensure your complete satisfaction with your purchase. For online purchases, we will accept Items not worn, used or damaged for a refund if received within 14 days of dispatch, enclosing a copy of your invoice. Please state whether an exchange or refund is required. Returns can be made free of charge using our freepost address shown below. Once your goods are accepted back into stock you will be issued with an exchange or refund. Any refunds will be made to the debit/credit card used for the original order. We will refund your card as quickly as possible, but in any event, no more than 30 days after receiving your goods. We can only refund the card originally used for payment.

If you return goods to us it is your responsibility to obtain proof of postage from the Post Office. We can only accept claims for lost items if you have proof of postage.

Please note returns must be posted and cannot be accepted in person.
