1. By purchasing from
this website you verify that you are 18 years or over and that you own
the debit/credit card used in the purchase. In order to make a purchase
you must provide us with your real name, phone number, debit/credit
card number, and billing address for that card.
2. Any personal information you give us will be stored in order to make it easier for you to order from us again in the future. You can change your personal information at any time by logging in and accessing the My Soloro section of the website. NB for security purposes we never store your debit/credit card details.
3. We respect your privacy and will never divulge your details to any third party marketing company. Please see our privacy policy for further details.
4. From time to time we may use cookies to store information, but only with your permission. If you wish to disable any cookies, please see the cookie help guide.
5. You agree that e-mail can be used as a long distance means of communication.
6. We accept payment by Visa, Maestro, Mastercard, Switch, Electron, Solo, and Delta.
7. Our agreement to supply the goods to you is made on the day we despatch the goods to you. We take the money from your debit/credit card on that day. When your order is placed the funds are merely reserved within the card account until the order is shipped.
8. You may cancel your order at any time prior to despatch. If the goods have been despatched you may return them under our 14 day returns policy.
9. If you return goods to us it is your responsibility to obtain proof of postage from the Post Office. We can only accept claims for lost items if you have proof of postage.
10. When you place an order we will send you an e-mail to confirm receipt. This does not guarantee that we can despatch your order as it has to be processed. If we are unable to despatch your order within 3 working days we will contact you. you will have the option to cancel your order, wait for the delivery, or order a replacement item.
11. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase you may return it to us free of charge under our 14 days returns policy.
12. It is our intention to deliver goods to you within 3 working days of receipt of your order. However, where goods are out of stock we will, with your agreement, endeavour to to get them to you as quickly as possible. We will not take funds from your debit/credit card until we despatch the goods to you.
13. If you havent received your goods within 7 working days of our confirmation of availability of your goods, please contact us in order that we can expedite it or arrange a replacement for you.
14. Any refunds will be made to the debit/credit card used for the original order. We will refund your card as quickly as possible, but in any event, no more than 30 days after receiving your goods.
17. Prices indicated as reductions have been on sale on our website at the higher, crossed out, price for at least 28 days prior to the reduction.
18. Rights granted to you in this agreement are in addition to your statutory rights.

Permission is granted to electronically copy and to print in hard copy portions of this website for the purpose of placing an order with Kirby Footwear Ltd and using this website as a shopping resource only. Any other use of the materials on this website including reproduction for purposes other than those noted above, modification, distribution, transmission, broadcasting, republication, downloading or uploading without prior written permission is strictly prohibited.
